摘要
通过实验探索,在高温真空条件下将钼精矿(主要成分Mo S2)直接分解成新型炼钢钼产品和硫蒸气。新型炼钢钼产品用于含钼钢的生产,替代钼铁或工业氧化钼块;硫蒸气冷凝后得到副产品单质硫磺。和传统工艺相比,这种新工艺不但极大缩短了生产流程,避免了尾气污染,而且减少了环保的大量投资,使资源得到充分回收利用。
Through the research, in the high temperature and vacuum conditions of molybdenum concentrate(main ingredient MoS2) directly into a new steelmaking molybdenum products and sulphur vapor. The new steelmaking molybdenum products for molybdenum steel production, instead of ferromolybdenum or industrial molybdenum oxide block; sulfur vapor condensation byproduct of elemental sulfur is obtained. Compared with the traditional process, this new technology not only greatly shorten the production process, avoids the pollution of exhaust gas, but also reduce a lot of investment in environmental protection, make fully recycling resources.
