枣阳金红石选矿的关键技术

摘要 本文介绍了枣阳金红石矿资源状况、开发历史、开发现状等。在技术攻关过程中,通过对其选矿难点的分析和试验研究,确定浮选法作为主要选别手段,磁选、重选联合工艺进行预先抛尾脱泥,选用了低毒高效的捕收剂等相应的关键技术,大幅降低选矿成本,提高选矿技术指标。 This paper introduced the Zaoyang rutile ore resources, the development of the history, development status, etc. Through analysis and experimental research of mineral processing difficulties In the technical research process, determined flotation as the primary means of sorting, magnetic separation, through gravity combined separation process in order to tailings discarding and desliming in advance, selected low toxicity and efficient collectors and corresponding key technologies, significantly reduce the cost of mineral separation, improve mineral processing index.
