为加强新时期跨域控制作战快速投送能力建设,从新时期跨域控制作战的基本内涵和主要任务入手,分析当前我军跨域控制作战快速投送存在的主要问题;从逐步健全指挥体制、着力完善预案体系、大力推进投送力量建设、不断加快域外投送准备等方面,提出提高我军跨域控制作战快速投送能力的对策与建议。

To strengthen fast delivery capacity construction of cross-domain control operations in new period,the paper firstly introduces the basic connotation and main tasks of cross-domain control operations. Then,it analyzes the main problems existing in fast delivery of cross-domain control operations in our army. Finally,it puts forward some countermeasures for improving fast delivery capacity of cross-domain control operations in our army from following aspects: completing command system,perfecting emergency plan system,promoting delivery power construction,and accelerating delivery preparation outside of the domain.
