Basic Problems in Construction and Application of Strategic Projection Support Force

为提升战略投送支援力量建设质量和运用水平,在分析战略投送支援力量建设质量和运用面临环境条件的基础上,明确建设与运用的指导思想和原则,提出战略投送支援力量应完善体制机制、注重人员选配、配齐设施设备和加强训练演练的建设思路,以及明确指挥体制、完善行动预案、区分征用等级、统筹使用方式的运用对策。

To improve the construction quality and application level of strategic projection support force,the paper firstly analyzes the enviromental conditions in constructing and applying strategic projection support force,and confirms the guidelines and principles of construction and application. Then,it proposes some construction ideas on completing system and mechanism,paying attention to personnel selection,assorting facilities and equipments,and strengthening training and exercise. Finally,it puts forward some application countermeasures for strategic projection support force,such as determining command system,completing action plan,distinguishing requisition grade,and overall planning applying ways.
