为调动民航企业参与军事运输任务的积极性,充分发挥民航运力在军队执行多样化军事任务航空运输投送任务中的作用,必须对航空运价标准进行系统研究。在分析民航运力执行军运任务运价标准现状与存在问题的基础上,从推进立法工作、建立运价体系、及时动态调整等方面提出对策与建议。

To arouse the enthusiasm of civil aviation enterprises to perform military transportation task,and to give full play to the role of civil aviation transport capacity in diversified military tasks,it needs to study aviation freight rate standard systematically. After analyzing the current freight rate standard of military transportation task for civil aviation and the existing problems,the paper puts forward some countermeasures from strengthening legislation work,establishing a freight rate system,and adjusting the dynamic condition timely.
