摘要
为实现汽车士官人才培养目标,在介绍汽车士官岗位、分析汽车士官岗位能力素质要求的基础上,概括汽车士官军事职业教育课程体系的总体设计,从设置微型专业、完善课程内容模块两个方面详细阐述汽车士官军事职业教育课程体系构建的主要内容,并提出汽车士官军事职业教育课程体系构建的配套保障。
To realize the goal of talents cultivation for automobile NCO,the paper firstly introduces the positions and ability quality requirements of automobile NCO. Then,it summarizes the overall design of military vocational education curriculum system,and elaborates the main content of constructing the curriculum system from setting miniature majors and completing course content modules. Finally,it puts forward matching safeguard measures to construct military vocational education curriculum system for automobile NCO.
