Main Characteristics and Requirements of Strategic Projection in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau Region

为加强青藏地区战略投送能力建设,从现代战争特点、青藏地区地理环境、青藏地区交通状况3个方面,分析青藏地区战略投送的特点和要求,指出存在的不足,提出青藏地区需要强有力、全方位的战略投送力量,保证随时大规模边境用兵;需要灵活性、精确化的战略投送力量,做好作战方向全局性分域行动;需要立体化、联合性的战略投送力量,支撑任务部队大纵深快速机动。

To strengthen strategic projection capacity construction in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau region,the paper firstly analyzes the characteristics and requirements of strategic projection from modern warfare characteristic,geographical environment,and traffic condition. Then,it points out the existing deficiency,and presents that Qinghai-Tibet Plateau region needs powerful and all-around strategic projection force to guarantee large-scale fighting,needs flexible and precise strategic projection force to guarantee global multi-zone operation,and needs three-dimensional and united strategic projection force to support task force's deep and rapid maneuverability.
