基于电化学噪声的军用车辆有机涂层腐蚀失效过程分析

摘要 针对近海地区潮湿炎热的环境特点,设计军绿有机涂层在紫外线、盐雾交替环境下的腐蚀实验,用电化学噪声分析方法对实验结果进行分析,包括整个腐蚀周期内电位和电流均值、标准差、噪声电阻以及谱噪声电阻的变化情况。结果表明:军绿有机涂层在试验开始40天后电位和电流噪声标准差变大,噪声电阻和谱噪声电阻变小,标志着涂层进入快速腐蚀阶段,80天后涂层基本失去对基底的保护能力。 To effectively protect equipment of coastal defense forces from corrosion,the paper firstly designs a corrosion experiment process for military green organic coating under ultraviolet and salt spray alternate environment to simulate the real climate of hotness and humidity in offshore areas. Then,it applies the electrochemical noise method to analyze the experimental results,especially the changes of mean values and standard deviations of potential and current,noise resistance and spectral noise resistance over the whole corrosion cycle. The experiment results show that after forty days the standard deviations of potential noise and current noise increase and at the same time the noise resistance and spectral noise resistance decrease,which means the coating enters a rapid corrosion stage,and eighty days later it basically loses the ability to protect the substrate.
