Military Logistics Capability Construction under New System

为全面提高新体制下的军事物流能力,针对指挥领导、联勤保障和军民融合新体制要求,指出在军队基地化物流力量建设、社会物流力量统筹、物流设备装备技术、交通网络布局等方面存在的不足,提出加强军事物流力量体系建设、大力发展战场物流装备、重点研发物流配送技术、完善物流通道设施建设、加强对社会物流的掌控和运用等5个方面的对策与建议。

To comprehensively improve the military logistics capability under the new system,the paper firstly analyzes the new requirements of command and leadership,joint logistics support and civil-military integration. Then,it finds out the shortages in the construction of a base-oriented military logistics force,overall arrangement of social logistics resources,layout of the traffic network,and development of related facilities,equipment and technologies. Finally,it puts forward following countermeasures and suggestions: such as strengthening military logistics resources system,developing battlefield logistics equipment,emphasizing the research on distribution technology,perfecting logistics corridor infrastructures,and effectively controlling and utilizing social logistics resources.
