Promotion of Open-Up Military Professional Education Through Mixed Organization and Joint Training of Foreign and Chinese Trainees

现代教育是面向世界的开放式教育,军事职业教育也应如此。从内外训融合的基本含义、形式和特点入手,从建设世界一流军队的内在要求、争夺国际军事人力资源的现实需求、培养战略思维和国际视野的有效途径、增强海外军事行动能力的重要平台等4个方面,强调加强内外训融合在推进军事职业教育开放办学中的重要意义,提出应从顶层设计、平台建设、要素建设和成果转化等4个方面加强内外训融合,推进军事职业教育开放办学。

To promote our military professional education openly,the paper firstly analyzes the basic meaning,main forms and characteristics of joint training of foreign and Chinese trainees. Then,it studies the important role of joint training in open-up military professional education from four aspects: such as inherent need for constructing a world class army,actual demand for hunting international military human resources,effective path for fostering strategic idea and broad vision,and crucial platform for enhancing overseas military operation capability. Lastly,it puts forward some measures on top-level design,platform construction,faculties development and achievements transformation.
