Study on Projection-Type Army

为探究投送型陆军建设的有关基本问题,分析投送的基本内涵及对于建设新型陆军、强国强军的重要意义;研究陆军使命任务对于投送的巨大需求及目前存在的极大差距;提出加快思想转型、深化体制改革及注重内涵建设等推进投送型陆军建设的主要对策。

To study some basic issues related to projection-type army construction,the paper analyzes the roles of projection in building a new army,and discusses huge demands for projection,and existing shortfalls in speed,scope,smoothness and safety. It develops following proposals: such as firmly establishing the standard of combat effectiveness,forming a transport system with military forces as the backbone,civilian forces as the main body,and oversea forces as the adjunct,and strengthening a comprehensive projection capability through the improvement of speed,efficiency and security.
