摘要
为推动我军战略投送基地建设,分析美军兵力投送基地的布局、配套投送设施、组织机构和信息化管理,突出与投送有关的情况研究,归纳总结美军建设的主要特点,提出我军要调整拓展功能定位、科学合理选址、配套完善投送基础设施、健全组织机制、加强信息化管理等建议。
To drive the construction of strategic projection bases of our army,the paper analyzes the layout,transportation support facilities,organization and informatization management of US army's power projection platforms,focusing on projection-related aspects,and summarizes the main features in rational,centralized,comprehensive and innovative construction. It develops some proposals such as expanding functions,selecting reasonable sites,improving projection infrastructures,perfecting organization mechanism,and strengthening information-based management.
