“Object-Link-Element-Indicator” Based Adaptability of High-Speed Railways to Military Transportation

为给高速铁路开展军事运输提供理论支持,针对高速铁路军事力量适运性问题,通过分析高速铁路军事运用的潜在优势与实际不足,系统梳理高速铁路军事运输各环节及运输要素能力指标,构建基于运输对象—环节—要素—指标的高速铁路军事运输适运性评价模型,并运用该模型对高速铁路军事适运性进行分析,提出高速铁路军事适运对象和限制性因素。

To study adaptability of our country's high-speed railways to military transportation,the paper analyzes its potential strengths and weaknesses: such as fast projection compared with limited capacity of military transportation,high efficiency versus difficulty of emergency repair under protection,and wide existence with no implementation of national defense requirements. It studies capability indicators of every link and element in the process of military transportation by highspeed railways,and utilizes the adaptability evaluation model constructed on the basis of object-link-element-indicators analysis. The discussion,along with the analysis of objects suit for rail transportation and of restrictive factors,can provide a theoretical reference for reasonable military application of high-speed railways.
