军运后付凭证信息元分析及大数据可视化展现

Information Unit of Voucher for Payment after Military Transportation and Its Visual Presentation with Big Data

针对近年来部队高精装备、超限装备运输和轻装部队的高铁军运等任务持续增加,后付运费开支大幅度增长情况,分析军运后付凭证的信息元,归纳出时间、空间、品类、收费项目、车种车数等多维度大数据结构,构建军交后付运费大数据分析模型,基于该模型实现后付运费大数据的运费调整精准预测及可视化表达,为军交后付运费年度分配与管理提供现代信息技术方法与手段。

Given the fact that our army's payment after military transportation sees a large increase in amount,caused by continued increment in rail transportation of high-technology,precision or over-sized equipment,as well as that of movement of units carrying only light equipment by high-speed railways,the paper analyzes information unit of vouchers for payment after transportation,and induces multidimensional big data structure including time,space,category,charge items,car type,and car numbers,thereby resulting in an analytic model of big data for payment. This model helps realize accurate prediction of freight adjustment and visual expression of big data,and can serve as a modern method for annual distribution and management of payment after military transportation.
