摘要
针对现有船舶轮机模拟器通用性和可替换性不足的问题,对轮机模拟训练盘台进行模块化设计,提出模块化盘台设计方案、工作原理及实现方法,使台体、操作面板、PLC模块等各部件成为可以通用、分解和更换的单元,实现在单个盘台可进行多课目训练功能的目的,提高模拟器的使用效能。所探讨的模块化设计方案为船舶轮机模拟训练盘台的创新发展提供了新的思路。
To fill gaps in universality and replaceability of existing simulators for marine turbines,the paper puts forward a modular design plan,as well as its working principle and implementation method. Under this plan,components including platform body,operation panel and PLC module are universal and easy to be decomposed and replaced,resulting in one platform with multiple courses training functions and a new path to developing similar training simulators.
