National Defense Adaptability Assessment of Strategic Channels in East China Sea Direction

针对我国东海方向面临的严峻复杂的国际国内安全形势,为加强东海方向战略投送能力,以总体国家安全观和新形势下军事战略方针为指导,对东海方向战略通道进行定义,分析东海方向战略通道存在问题,阐述对东海方向战略通道进行国防适应性评估的重要意义,并提出研究思路和解决措施。

Given the complexity and austerity of security environment in the direction of East China Sea,and under the guide of our country's overall national security outlook and new military strategy,the paper defines strategic channels,and analyzes existing problems such as insufficient theoretical research,unclear capability due to dynamic and diversified demands,and inadequate civil-military integration,as well as explains the significance of assessing adaptability of those channels to national defense.To determine threat-based capability demand and through traffic situations analysis,analyze the layout of strategic channels,are feasible ways to evaluate channels' adaptability and improve strategic capability in East China Sea direction.
