为规范我军运输投送信息化建设的内容和发展路线,从整体上有效提高我军运输投送信息化水平,在国防和军队现代化建设发展的大背景下,研究运输投送信息化能力指标要求,提出运输投送信息化指标体系建设的构想,并分别对各级的每个要素指标内容进行具体描述和分析。

To effectively improve our army’s information level of transportation and projection through the standardization of construction contents and paths,the paper studies overall requirements such as real-time sensing of demand,visual control of resources,correct and timely decision,precise distribution and entire regulation of actions,which satisfy the need of building a world-class army.It also conceives an index system for information level evaluation,and makes a detailed analysis from the development of big data center of cloud platform,information infrastructure,basic application service,information technology application and integration,and information security means.
