摘要 为精确控制喷油器喷油量,分析影响喷油器流量特性的因素,设计研制一套测量喷油器流量特性的试验系统。以某喷油器为研究对象,测量喷油器在不同脉宽下的循环喷油量;利用MATLAB的多项式拟合得出动态流量特性曲线,计算该喷油器的动态流量范围;同时测得不同喷油压力下的动态流量和静态流量,分析喷油压力对喷油器流量特性的影响规律,为ECU精确控制喷油器喷油量提供参考依据。 To precisely control fuel charge of fuel injectors,the paper designs a set of experimental system for measuring flow characteristic on the basis of analysis of its influential factors.With certain fuel injector as an experimental object,the paper measures cycle fuel injection quantity at different pulse widths,and uses MATLAB polynomial to fit dynamic flow characteristic curve and calculate its flow range,as well as analyzes the influence of fuel injection pressure on flow characteristic through the measurement of dynamic and static flow under various injection pressures,thus providing a reference for fuel injection quantity of a fuel injector controlled accurately by ECU.
