摘要
为满足轮式工程车辆大转角的要求,提出一种可实现±90°大转角的独立车轮旋转机构。该机构采用全液压转向系统控制车辆转向,液压缸带动齿条位移,由齿轮齿条机构推动车轮的旋转,可应用于大负载情况下的工程车辆。以某型机场升降平台为例,设计机构主要元件参数,分析不同转向模式工作原理,建立转向角与液压伺服缸流量间的数学模型,运用NX仿真软件对该机构的三维模型进行运动仿真,验证设计的合理性。
To meet the demand for a large steering angle of a wheeled engineering vehicle,the paper designs a rotating mechanism with independent wheels driven by pinion-racks under the motion of hydraulic cylinders,achieving maximal steering angle of 90 degrees both clockwise and counterclockwise. With certain lift platform for airfield operation as an example,it determines main parameters of related components,analyzes operating mechanism under different steering modes,establishes mathematical model between the steering angle and hydraulic-servo cylinder's flow,and applies NX software to simulate the motion of three-dimensional model,validating this design's rationality.
