摘要
打赢信息化局部战争、做好军事斗争后勤准备,要求我军必须大力加强军事物流体系建设。在分析军事物流的本质内涵和发展方向基础上,立足当前建设现状,从建立联合组织机构、完善法规制度、深挖军地共性需求、开展试点探索等方面,提出着力推进军事物流体系建设军民融合发展的对策。
To strengthen our army's logistics system according to demands for winning an information-based local war and preparing for military struggle,the paper analyzes the essence,current situations and development trend of military logistics,and develops some proposals to promote civil-military integration: such as establishing a joint organization,perfecting related laws and regulations,determining common needs suitable for civil and military,and piloting an exploration.
