为加快推进陆军后勤保障能力转型建设,立足新形势下后勤保障使命,紧扣后勤保障能力核心,着眼未来后勤保障转型和发展定位,从态势感知、远程机动、供应保障3个方面剖析新形势下陆军后勤保障能力结构,从力量体系、保障模式、信息平台3个方面重塑陆军后勤保障体系形态,从军民融合后勤保障、后勤保障需求开发、后勤保障联保联训3个方面规范新形势下陆军后勤保障运行机制。

To further transformation and development of army's logistical support capability,and meet the demand in support mission,capability core and future orientation,the paper analyzes capability structure from situation awareness,longdistance maneuver and supply,reshapes support system through the design of force system,support mode and information platform,and constructs an operating mechanism from three aspects of civil-military integration,requirement development,and joint support and training.
