Promotion of the Construction of National Defense Traffic

为加快推进国防交通建设,促进军民融合向深度发展,以《国防交通法》的颁布实施为牵引,通过对国防交通的背景现状解读,重点分析当前我国国防交通建设的薄弱环节和主要困难,从工作机制、配套细则、建设规划、战略投送、保障能力和国防需求等6个方面提出加快推进国防交通建设的措施与建议。

To speed national defense traffic construction and promote civil-military integration, the paper responds to the implementation of National Defense Traffic Law, analyzes the background and current situations of national defense traffic,with emphasis on weak links and main difficulties, and develops some proposals in several aspects such as work mechanism,supporting rules and regulations, construction planning, strategic projection, support capability and national defense demands.
