Evaluation of Survival Capability of Infrastructures for National Defense Traffic

为提高国防交通工程设施的生存能力,采取DHGF集成算法对国防交通工程设施的生存能力进行综合评价,并运用模糊评判法得出某战区4个重点方向具有代表性的国防交通工程设施生存能力的评价结果,该评价结果与战区现存国防交通工程设施的评价资料结果一致,证明该方法可对国防交通工程设施生存能力进行全面、有效、科学的评价。

To improve combat readiness of infrastructures for national defense traffic, the paper applies DHGF algorithm to develop an index system for assessment of survival capability, and utilizes fuzzy judgment method to evaluate representative infrastructures in four directions of certain theater commands. The consistency between assessment results and existing data proves this method’s effectiveness and rationality.
