摘要
为提高士官短期培训质量,实现从知识本位到能力本位的转变,从"订单式"人才培养的概念与内涵出发,针对士官短训班教学存在的问题,分析士官短训班采用"订单式"人才培养模式的特点与优势,提出构建"订单式"人才培养模式的具体方案及实施监控方法。
To improve the quality of short-term talent cultivation for non-commissioned officer(NCO), and transform from knowledge-oriented cultivation to ability-oriented one, the paper analyzes the concept of order-style cultivation mode, and the advantages when applying this mode to resolve the problems of NCO short-term education, and establishes a concrete implementation plan and corresponding supervision measures for this mode.
