为给持续改进部队作风的长效机制的形成提供参考借鉴,依据习主席提出的作风建设必须"抓常、抓细、抓长"的特点,通过阐述作风建设在部队现代化建设中的重大意义,从强化思想作风、工作作风、战斗作风、生活作风和选人用人等方面,提出新时代加强部队作风建设的具体对策。

Due to the vital importance of work style construction to our Party and the forces of the people,according to President Xi’s instruction that work style construction is a fine and long-term work and should not be abandoned,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to build our army in the new era from ideological style,work style,combat style,life style and official’s caliber assessment,providing a reference for a long-term mechanism to effectively and continually improve army’s work style.
