V型槽离合器理论设计研究

摘要 湿式离合器在自动变速器中占有相当比例的结构空间,在传递相同转矩的情况下为减小其尺寸参数,实现变速器的小型化,在均匀磨损理论的基础上,分析单个圆锥接触面的摩擦转矩,进而建立该V型槽离合器摩擦副总摩擦转矩的数学模型,并通过Matlab编程对影响摩擦转矩的设计参数进行分析。结合该离合器的工作原理,构建摩擦面正应力和扭转切应力模型,通过数值分析接触面的应力分布情况,在ANSYS Workbench中建立有限元分析模型,进行有限元仿真计算,结果基本吻合,验证了数学建模的合理性和有效性。 Considering automatic transmission’s large structural spaces occupied by a wet clutch,the paper applies uniform wear theory to analyze the friction torque of single conical contact surface,and to establish a mathematical model of total friction torque of friction pairs in a clutch having V-shaped slots. Through Matlab programming,it determines parameters related with friction torque,forms a stress and torsional shear stress model of friction surfaces in light of clutch’s working principle,and studies stress distribution of contact surfaces by numerical simulation. The approximate coincidence between numerical results and simulation ones derived from finite element analysis with ANSYS Workbench,validates the rationality and effectiveness of mathematical model. The size of transmission,optimized with aforementioned method,can be smaller than that with other methods on the premise of the same torque.
