Mission and Capability Demand for Aviation Strategic Projection in New Era

为加强新时代我军航空战略投送能力建设,借鉴美军机动需求论证研究的经验做法,以我军未来可能面临的多样化使命任务为牵引,建立任务需求型谱图;基于需求映射的分析方法和能力大小的表征方法,从任务需求型谱映射分析能力需求;基于我军未来可能担负的作战任务及采取的作战样式,以及未来国家和军队的战略规划,研究提出3个不同时期航空战略投送能力建设目标。

To improve our armed forces’ aviation strategic projection capability in the new era, the paper learns from five rounds of mobility requirement study undertaken by US Army, employs future diversified military tasks to develop a spectrum of mission demand and through an expression of requirement mapping-based method and relevant capability, to reflect capability requirement, and on the basis of future combat tasks, battle patterns and the state’s strategic planning, establishes goals of aviation strategic projection in three stages.
