摘要 针对海南岛及其南部岛屿军用车辆装备腐蚀问题,开展军用车辆装备有机涂层加速腐蚀试验研究。依据美军CASS加速试验标准,结合海南岛及其南部岛屿独特的环境、气候状况和近海试验场所提供的温湿度、氯离子浓度、紫外强度等数据,以湿热、紫外光暴露、中性盐雾、酸性盐雾等4种环境因子为基础,设计车辆装备有机涂层加速腐蚀试验方案并进行试验验证。结果表明,该方案具有良好的加速效果,可作为我国南部沿海地区的加速腐蚀环境谱,为在该地区车辆装备有机涂层的使用寿命预测、涂层防护与保养技巧等研究提供试验依据。 To prevent military equipment stationing at Hainan Island and its southern areas against corrosion, the paper follows US Army CASS standards for acceleration experiment, takes into consideration unique environmental and atmospheric conditions of Hainan Island, utilizes related data from offshore test sites such as temperature, humidity,chloride concentration and UV intensity, introduces environmental factors of moist heat, exposure to ultraviolet light, neutral salt mist, and acidic salt mist, and develops an experimental plan for accelerated corrosion of organic coatings. Experimental results show that this plan can reduce test time and act as an accelerated corrosion environment spectrum for China’s southern coastal areas, thus providing a reasonable experiment basis for service life prediction, coating protection and maintenance of organic coatings on equipment serviced in such areas.
