士官院校人文素质类选修课程建设

Construction of Selected Courses of Humanistic Quality for Non-Commissioned Officer Academy

为提高士官学员的文化素质、弥补士官教育改革带来的缺憾、适应部队对士官学员能力素质提出的新要求,通过分析当下军队士官院校人文素质类选修课程存在的问题与原因、阐述提高人文素质类选修课程的意义,从构建合理的人文素质类选修课程体系、探索适合该类选修课程的开设模式、重视对士官学员的选课指导等3个方面,提出加强士官院校人文素质类选修课程建设的对策与建议。

To foster cultural quality of students with non-commissioned officer(NCO) ranks,the paper analyzes current problems of humanistic quality-oriented courses taught in military NCO academies,explains the importance of expanding those selective courses,and develops proposals to strengthen curriculum construction: such as establishing a reasonable curriculum system,piloting new education modes and emphasizing on the instruction in courses selection.
