摘要 为提高我国无级变速器的技术性能和相关领域的核心竞争力、更大程度地满足对无级变速器的不同需要,针对摩擦式无级变速器难以满足大负荷功率传动的问题,在介绍非圆齿轮无级变速器的传动原理基础上,基于对其凸轮机构的结构设计,通过Matlab仿真分析的方法比较并验证两种推杆运动规律的优劣。结果表明:修正正弦运动规律下的凸轮机构冲击、振动更小,更适合非圆齿轮无级变速器的工况。 To improve our country’s core competitiveness in technical characteristics and related fields of continuously variable transmission(CVT), the paper aims at the difficulty of friction-type CVT in transferring power under large load, introduces the transmission principle of non-circular gear CVT, and utilizes Matlab software to compare the strength and weakness in motion law of two sorts of push rod. The simulation results show that the cam mechanism following modified sine law of motion suffers less impact and vibration, and is more suitable for operation conditions of non-circular gear CVT.
