摘要
为给高速铁路军事运输保障能力建设提供参考,立足高速铁路未来军事运用,着眼高速铁路军事运输保障技术体系顶层设计需求,阐述高速铁路军事运输保障技术体系概念内涵、设计原则,运用体系设计的思维和方法,提出基于"运用模式—运输对象—环节要素"的系统分解体系设计思路,对高速铁路军事运输保障技术体系总体架构进行设计。
To provide reference for improving the capability of military transportation by high-speed railway,the paper centers around future military application,studies the top-level design demand for a supporting technology system,explains the concept,design principles and related means of this system,forms a system decomposition approach based on employment mode,transport object and element,and establishes an overall architecture.
