Research Ideas of Application of High-Speed Railway in Troop Movement

针对我国快速发展的高速铁路网络,为满足完成多样化军事任务的需要,更加安全、规范、有效地利用好高速铁路实施军事力量投送,在论证开展利用高速铁路实施军事力量投送研究必要性基础上,根据当前运输投送部门实践和初步研究情况,提出利用高速铁路动车组输送携行轻装人员、利用高速铁路开行普通军用列车输送建制部队、利用高速铁路专用货运载运工具快速投送军事装备物资3种思路和研究方向。

To meet the needs of diversified tasks and utilize high-speed railway to transport military forces safely and efficiently,the paper studies the necessity and in line with current practice and research situations of military transportation agencies,develops three research directions such as using high-speed railway electrical multiple unit to transport units with no heavy equipment carried,dispatching ordinary military trains on high-speed railways in order to move organic troops,and transporting military equipment and materials quickly with special freight carriers operating on high-speed railways.
