为创新我军新时代战略投送理论、提升部队联合投送训练质量,提出在能力生成方面应聚焦全域到达、联合指控和精确对接训练,在创新方法手段方面应注重开展基地化训练、实施网络化训练和抓好模拟化训练,在体制机制方面应建立健全统一高效的领导机制、军地联训的融合机制和"三位一体"的考评机制。

To innovate our army’s strategic projection theory in the new era and elevate the quality of joint projection training,the paper suggests that the focus should be on cross-theater reach,joint command and control,and precisely-connected training in the aspect of capability generation,priority should be given to base,network and simulation training in method innovation,and mechanisms should be established in unified and efficient command,civil-military integrated training,and evaluation including both employment and training.
