为准确释放联合投送指挥效能,促进联合投送任务顺利完成,在简析联合投送定义内涵的基础上,就合理构建联合投送指挥体系架构、科学建立联合投送指挥机制、灵活设置联合投送指挥机构、规范联合投送指挥流程等联合投送指挥问题进行探讨,并提出相应的对策。

To give full play to the effectiveness of joint projection command,the paper briefs the definition of joint projection,and puts forward some suggestions such as shaping the framework for a three-level command system with definite chains,developing an institution of tandem information,classified responsibilities and cooperated control,establishing the organizations which include central and relevant units,real and virtual modules,dynamic and open seats,and standardizing related command flow.
