为弥补我军伤病员后送制式装备的不足,促进运输投送装备军民深度融合发展,阐述利用民用运载工具后运伤病员加改装工作应遵循通用化、适度性、快速性与经济性的原则;针对伤病员的特殊性,围绕安全舒适要求,提出对民用运载工具加改装还应最大限度地保证伤病员登乘、安置和途中医疗护理的安全舒适等方面的具体要求,以满足伤病员后送勤务功能需求。

To cover the shortage in our organic assets for casualty evacuation and deeply implement the strategy of civilmilitary integration,the paper explains basic principles in conversion process such as generalization,moderation,rapidity and economy,and puts forward especial requirements related with boarding,placement and en-route medical care of the wounded,thus contributing to the quick transformation from peacetime potentials of civil carriers to wartime support capabilities.
