Research on Classification of Military Academies

为实现国家高等教育院校分类的要求,适应军委、军兵种两级分类建设管理的客观需要,契合实现军队高等教育院校特色发展的主观需要,结合国内外代表性分类方法,总结规律与特点,提出军队高等院校可进一步分为综合类、专业类两大类,专业类院校要突出兵种专业领域特色。承担职业技术教育的士官院校单独作为一类,不宜以指挥和技术或型展开分类等建议。

To satisfy the requirement for classification of national colleges,the paper responds to the demand for two-level classified construction and management by Central Military Commission and the Services,centers around the distinctive development of military academies,and utilizes representative classification methods at home and abroad to summarize the regularities.The paper suggests that military academies can be further divided into comprehensive and specialized categories with the latter highlighting the features of armed branches,and non-commissioned officer academies undertaking vocational and technical education should not be classified by command,technology or type.
