摘要 为快速定量地评价军用车辆有机涂层的破坏程度,提出以两个频率下阻抗模值的比率R1和R2作为特征参数来评价涂层防护性能的方法,并通过已有实验数据进行验证。结果表明,R1和R2曲线随腐蚀时间的变化趋势与低频0.1 Hz处的阻抗模值、中频10 Hz处的相位角曲线随腐蚀时间的变化趋势基本相同,且R2在腐蚀初期的变化趋势与上述指标更为一致。因此,R1和R2可以用来快速评价军用车辆有机涂层的防护性能,且由于R1和R2都在中高频率区测定,可以显著缩短测量和评价时间。 To quickly make a quantitative evaluation of the corrosion degree of organic coatings on military vehicles,the paper puts forward a new method with impedance modulus ratios at two frequencies as characteristic parameters.Validation results with current test data show that the change of two ratios over corrosion time basically has the same tendency as the impedance modulus at the low frequency 0.1 Hz and the phase angle at 10 Hz,thus contributing to a rapid assessment of protective performance of organic coatings and a significant decrease in required time because of measurement of two ratios in the mid-high frequency area.
