为进一步厘清陆军全域机动投送能力建设的方向,在对陆军全域机动投送能力的基本内涵进行探讨的基础上,从紧贴陆战理论发展、强化需求牵引,优化力量可投送性、强化协调发展,健全体系内拳头力量、强化全维机动,注重衔接融合、强化联合投送等4个方面,提出陆军全域机动投送能力建设应坚持的基本思路。

To demonstrate the development of Army cross-theater maneuver projection capability,the paper discusses basic connotation of that capability,and renders several ideas such as focusing on land operations theory,highlighting requirement,assuring suitability for transport,attaching importance to coordinated development,building institutional fist force,and maintaining all-domain maneuver.
