为加快陆军运输投送无人机力量建设步伐,推动后勤保障方式根本转变,以陆军无人机运输投送任务需求和功能需求为抓手,结合陆军部队当前实际和未来发展,阐述陆军运输投送无人机力量建设指导思想与基本原则,从无人机型谱规划和编配方案两方面提出基本设想,并从加强顶层规划设计、抓紧组织科研攻关、密切军地交流协作、加快专业人才培养等4个方面,提出加强陆军运输投送无人机力量建设的对策。

To drive the development of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)for Army transportation Tasks,the paper responds to the essential transformation of logistics support mode,analyzes task and function requirements,explains the guiding ideas and basic principles,conceives equipment spectrum and allocation plan,and develop some proposals such as enhancing top-level design,organizing scientific research,bonding military and civilian sectors,and speeding up talent cultivation.
