摘要
为提高车辆装备战时维修保障能力,在构建车辆装备战时维修保障能力评估指标体系的基础上,提出一种基于博弈论—云物元的车辆装备战时维修保障能力评估模型,分析模型的基本原理,通过确定云物元,计算单指标关联度、指标权重、待评价关联度,最后确定评定等级。通过实例对该模型进行验证,结果表明该模型客观有效、科学合理,具有一定的应用价值。
To improve maintenance support capabilities of military vehicles during war,the paper establishes an evaluation index system,puts forward a evaluation model based on game theory and cloud matter element,calculates relativity of single index,weight of index and correlation to be assessed,and determines the evaluation grade.The effectiveness and rationality,which is validated by an example,proved this model’s application value.
