摘要
为提升差速器传动效率,在研究可锁止螺旋齿限滑差速器基本结构和功能的基础上,以差速器单对外啮合螺旋齿轮为例,计算滑动和滚动摩擦的功率损失并最终得到单对齿轮啮合效率,将计算结果和文献中其他两种计算方法的结果进行对比,证明计算结果的正确性。结合差速器轴承效率和搅油效率的影响,求出差速器整体传动效率的理论值,借助ADAMS软件仿真得出差速器传动效率并和理论值进行仿真验证,证明结果的可行性。
To elevate the transmission efficiency of a differential,the paper analyzes the basic structure and functions of slip-limited and lockable helical gear differential,calculates the power loss of sliding and rolling frictions between a pair of externally-meshed helical gears,and attempts to prove the correctness of computation results through the comparison with the results from literature.Under the influence of bearing and oil stirring efficiency,this new method can obtain theoretical value of transmission efficiency,which validates the feasibility of simulated results by ADAMS software.
