摘要
为有效应对日益增长的境外行动军事物流保障需求,提高我军遂行多样化军事行动中物流保障能力,在分析美军境外行动物流保障做法以及我军当前保障现状与不足的基础上,提出提升我军境外行动军事物流保障能力的对策。应健全军事供应链体系构建,加强境外行动物流保障执行力;用好境外设施资源,增强境外行动物流保障快反能力;大力发展预置保障,提高境外行动物流保障续航能力。
To effectively meet the ever-growing demand for military logistics support in overseas operations and elevate our ability to carry out diversified tasks,the paper analyzes the practice in OCONUS logistics of US army and current situations of our armed forces,and develops some proposals such as ensuring a powerful execution by constructing a perfect supply chain,maintaining quick-response capability through the use of overseas infrastructures,and enlarging self-support time with prepositioning assets.
