进藏公路军事运输建设面临的形势与要求

Situation and Requirement of Military Transportation for Tibet Highway

为更好地适应未来战争,维护国家安全和领土完整及社会稳定,提高公路军事运输效能及运输再生能力,以高原高寒地区边境反击作战军事斗争准备需求为牵引,以国家综合交通运输体系为依托,以现代交通运输科学技术为支撑,系统分析西藏地区复杂的地理环境条件、综合交通运输体系建设形势和公路交通运输科技发展形势,提出进藏公路军事运输建设的时代要求。

To better adapt to future wars,and to safeguard national security,territorial integrity and social stability,the paper responds to military transportation effectiveness and regeneration capability of highways,centers around the requirements of military preparedness in counter-strike operations near the altiplano’s and extremely frigid borders,systematically analyzes complex geographical environment of Tibet region,and the development situation of both China’s comprehensive transport system and modern transportation technologies,and studies the construction demand for military transportation by Tibet highway in the new era.
