摘要
为有效解决当前装备体系评估研究中存在的问题,借鉴和谐论相关思想与方法,研究提出'装备体系和谐'的概念内涵,以协调、增效和发展三大量化准则为框架,构建装备体系和谐量化评估指标体系,并运用SMI-P方法量化装备体系和谐程度等级,建立装备体系和谐量化评估模型。
To solve the problems in current research of equipment system evaluation,the paper studies the concept of harmony of equipment system on the basis of related ideas and methods of harmony theory,constructs a quantitative index system in line with coordination,efficiency and development criteria,and applies SMI-P method to quantify the harmony degree of equipment system,thus leading to an evaluation model.
