发动机不解体除碳装置设计

摘要 为在不拆解情况下对发动机内部积碳进行清除,基于富氢除碳原理,采用集成水处理和电解制氢技术,设计不解体除积碳装置的总体方案。分析系统的工作原理与特点,介绍系统的组成结构,设计水处理系统、电解制氢系统、控制系统、安全防护系统、电源系统以及机架和外壳等各分系统组成与具体结构,通过性能试验检验设计的合理性。 To get rid of the carbon deposited in an engine under assembly state,the paper applies the principle of hydrogen-rich carbon cleanup as well as integrated water treatment and electrolytic hydrogen production technologies to design the overall scheme,analyzes the working principle,features and structure of the cleanup system,studies the composition of subsystems such as water treat,electrolytic hydrogen production,control,protection and power,and validates the rationality of this scheme through performance test.
