摘要
针对车辆装备预防性更换周期内穿插视情维修检测的维修策略,建立车辆装备单部件单位时间维修费用模型,通过求解单位时间最小维修费用,确定车辆装备单部件最优预防性更换周期和视情维修检测间隔期;以某型车辆装备制动系统摩擦盘总成为例,用数值解析的方法求取其最优预防性周期更换和视情维修检测间隔期;与传统间隔期对比,使用新间隔期可有效节省10%的维修费用,验证模型的有效性。
Considering the maintenance strategy of inserting condition-based maintenance inspection in the preventive replacement cycle of vehicle equipment,the paper firstly establishes the unit time maintenance cost model of vehicle equipment.Then,by solving the minimum maintenance cost per unit time,it determines the optimal preventive replacement cycle of vehicle equipment and the inspection interval of condition-based maintenance.Finally,taking the friction disc assembly of a certain type of vehicle brake system as an example,it obtains the optimal preventive replacement detection period and detection interval with numerical analysis method.The compassion with the traditional interval shows that the new interval can effectively save 10%of the maintenance costs,which verifies the validity of the model.
