摘要
为贯彻习主席新时代强军思想,解决汽车驾驶教员数量不足的问题,提高陆军汽车驾驶员战斗力,探讨构建'军地共育、分段接续、递进升级、分类实施'陆军汽车驾驶员新训军民融合培训模式,通过研究汽车驾驶员新训军民融合的思路与原则、运行机制,从完善政策制度、成立职能机构、搭建信息平台、建立考评机制等4个方面,提出陆军汽车驾驶员新训军民融合应注意的问题。
In order to implement Chairman Xi’s idea of strengthening the army in the new era,solve the problem of insufficient military driver instructors and improve the combat effectiveness of military driver,this paper explores the construction of civil-military integration training mode of'civil-military co-education,succession by stages,progressive upgrading and classified implementation'.After studying the thought and principle,and operation mechanism of new training for military driver,it puts forward some problems from four aspects:completing policy system,establishing functional organs,building information platform,and constructing evaluation mechanism.
