摘要 为准确预测军用车辆表面涂层的使用寿命,应用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)技术,研究某型车辆装备灰色有机涂层在全浸泡条件下的电化学腐蚀行为。以EIS特征参数——低频阻抗模值为切入点,基于灰色系统理论构建GM(1,1)预测模型,并依据该模型对灰色有机涂层使用寿命进行预测。结果表明:所建立的灰色GM(1,1)模型具有较高的精度,能够准确预测涂层的使用寿命。 In order to accurately predict the service life of the coatings on surface of military vehicles,the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)technology was applied to study the electrochemical corrosion behavior of grey organic coatings under full immersion condition of a certain type of vehicle.Taking EIS characteristic parameter-low frequency impedance modulus as the breakthrough point,it establishes a GM(1,1)prediction model based on grey system theory,and predicts the gray organic coating service life according to the model.The results show that the established grey GM(1,1)model has high accuracy and can accurately predict the service life of coatings.
