国防交通物资储备区域聚类划分及实证

Regional Clustering Division and Empirical Study of National Defense Transportation Material Reserve

针对当前国防交通物资储备管理上存在的问题,提出国防交通保障物资储备区域划分总体思路,建立国防交通保障物资区域划分空间聚类模型,并以某战区范围内的铁路交通目标为保障对象,进行实证算例分析,验证所建模型与算法的可行性。实例分析证明:通过聚类的方法将保障目标合理地进行区域划分,有利于提高保障效率、降低成本、提高经济效益。

In view of existing problems in the management of national defense transportation material reserve,this paper firstly presents the general idea of regional division of national defense transportation material reserve.Then,it establishes a spatial clustering model of regional division of national defense transportation material,and takes the railway transportation target in a war zone as the support object.Finally,it verifies the feasibility of the model and algorithm by carrying out an empirical example analysis.The analysis result shows that:dividing support objects into regions by clustering is conducive to improving the support efficiency,reducing costs and improving economic efficiency.
