Training of Multi-talented Personnel in Equipment Maintenance and Support for Army Synthetic Battalion

为强化陆军合成营建设,提升合成营装备维修保障综合能力,针对新体制下合成营装备维修保障的特点变化,分析合成营装备维修保障人才队伍现状和现实问题,从设计流程、能力需求分析、路径设计、运行体系等方面对陆军合成营装备维修保障一专多能人才培养进行体系化设计,从建立职业资格认证、落实岗位资格认证准入、落实训用一致及规范人才使用评价机制等方面提出相应对策与建议。

To strengthen the construction of army synthetic battalion and enhance its comprehensive capability of equipment maintenance and support,the paper firstly analyzes the current situation and practical problems of equipment maintenance and support personnel in synthetic battalion in view of the changes in the characteristics of equipment maintenance and support in the new system.Then,it carries out the systematic design on training multi-talented personnel in equipment maintenance and support from design process,capability requirement analysis,path design,and operation system.Finally,it puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from following aspects:establishing professional qualification certification,implementing post qualification certification access,and implementing training consistency and standardization of personnel use evaluation mechanism.
